A padded fabric headband, worn across the crown, with a long tail on each side. You wrap sections of damp or dry hair around the tails and secure the ends with the included scrunchies. Hair sets into a soft bend as it dries, which happens overnight while you sleep on it. The band sits flat enough to lie on, and the fabric is smooth so hair slides against it rather than catching.

Start with hair that's damp, not wet — towel-dried and about 80% dry is the sweet spot. Or spritz dry hair lightly with water.
Brush through so there are no tangles. Anything knotted will set knotted.
Place the band across the crown like a headband, tails hanging down each side.
Split hair into two sections, one per side.
Take a small piece from the front and wrap it over and around the tail, moving downward.
Add a little more hair with each pass, wrapping away from your face.
Keep the tension even. Tighter gives more bend, looser gives a softer wave.
When you reach the end of your hair, secure with a scrunchie.
Repeat on the other side.
Leave 6–8 hours, or overnight.
Unwrap gently. Don't pull.
Separate with fingers, not a brush. A brush will loosen it out.

Q: Does it work on straight hair?

A: Yes, but straight hair tends to drop faster. Wrapping slightly tighter and leaving it a full night helps.

Q: How long does the curl last?

A: Usually a day. Less in humid weather. Fine hair drops faster than coarse hair.

Q: Can I use it on dry hair?

A: It works better on damp hair. On fully dry hair, mist lightly with water first or you'll get very little bend.

Q: Will it be uncomfortable to sleep in?

A: The band is padded and lies flat. Most people stop noticing it. If the wrap feels tight at the roots, loosen the first few passes.

Q: My curls came out uneven. What did I do wrong?

A: Usually uneven tension, or one side had more hair than the other. Split the sections evenly and try to wrap at a consistent pressure. It takes two or three goes to find your own rhythm.

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, press out the water without wringing, and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry — the heat will misshape the padded core. Store it loosely rolled rather than folded flat, so the fabric doesn't crease along one line. If it starts to hold a permanent bend from being stored the same way, a wash and a fresh air dry usually settles it.
