1. What kind of products do you sell?
Small devices and tools for everyday upkeep — hair styling, facial care, and a few accessories. Everything is held in stock in Johannesburg rather than drop-shipped, so what you see on the site is what's on the shelf.
2. Are your devices safe to use at home?
Yes, when used as directed. Each product page lists who it suits and who should avoid it — devices that use heat or an electrical current have contraindications, so read that section before you buy. If you're pregnant, have an implanted device, or aren't sure, check with your doctor first.
3. Do your products work on a normal South African plug?
Our mains-powered devices run on 220–240V with a standard three-point plug, so no adapter is needed. USB-powered items charge from a laptop, wall adapter or power bank. The power type is listed on every product page.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 8 - 15 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
